Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless ck54 identifies an error on its own. Always double-check all details before confirming — team, market, odds, and stake.
Odds change very rapidly in live betting. If the odds shift after you click to place a bet, ck54 will show you the updated odds. If you do not accept the new odds, the bet will be cancelled.
If a match is cancelled, all bets are generally voided and stakes are returned. However, for accumulator bets, the cancelled selection is settled at odds of 1.00 and the remaining selections are settled as normal.
Warning: If a match is postponed for more than 48 hours, the bet may be deemed void. Each sports category has its own detailed rules.
Each bet has a maximum payout limit, which varies by market type and event. Any winnings above that limit will not be paid out.
New members may be eligible for a Welcome Bonus on their first deposit. A promo code may be required at registration or at the time of the first deposit. Bonus amounts and terms are subject to change.

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw all remaining balance before closing. Once closed, the account cannot be reopened for at least 72 hours.
